Support assistant
The assistant answers questions about how Compoyo works, from the published help articles and nothing else.
It is not live yet, because it would have nothing to read.
The assistant is built to answer only from published help content and to cite the article it used. No help articles have been published, so switching it on now would produce an assistant answering from nothing — exactly what that constraint exists to prevent.
What it will never do
It cannot see your account, and it does not give trading advice. Both are deliberate. An assistant that guessed at your balance, or told you what to trade, would be worse than one that declines and hands you to a person.
For now, the FAQ covers the short answers and contact reaches a person.
